The 99th Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade will once again make its way through New York City this Thursday, featuring 34 spectacular balloons, 28 colorful floats, and an outstanding lineup of performers.
Returning to host the broadcast are Savannah Guthrie, Hoda Kotb, and Al Roker from NBC's "TODAY" show.
The festivities kick off at 8:30 a.m. ET on West 77th Street and Central Park West, concluding at Macy's Herald Square flagship store on 34th Street by noon ET. Early birds are welcome to arrive starting at 6 a.m., as noted on the event's website.
The parade spans 2½ miles through the city, with designated public viewing spots along the way:
**Central Park West:** Spectators can enjoy great views from West 75th to West 63rd streets. Do note that there are no viewing options from West 59th to West 60th streets on Central Park West.
- **West 59th Street:** The south side between Columbus Circle and Sixth Avenue provides fantastic sightlines.
- **Sixth Avenue:** Attendees can see excellent views from West 59th to West 38th streets, but should steer clear of the area between West 34th and West 38th streets, where visibility is limited.
